Synopsis
The Mechaber rules Shehakol for squeezed vegetable juice. The Tur and his brother R' Yechiel disagreed (arguing for Borei Pri Ha'adamah), but the Shulchan Aruch and Taz follow the Tur's final ruling of Shehakol. The Aruch HaShulchan notes one could argue differently but defers to the accepted ruling.
