If one removes a tallit with the intention of immediately re-wearing it, must one recite a new blessing upon re-wearing?

Synopsis

The Mechaber rules that removal always requires a new blessing, even with immediate re-wearing intention. The Rema rules that if one had intention to immediately re-wear, some say no new blessing is needed; the Ashkenazi custom follows the qualification that this applies specifically when a tallit katan remains on one's body.
