Does the rule of reicha milta (aroma being substantive) apply to chametz on Pesach?

Synopsis

The Rema records a dispute: some are lenient (where it would be permitted for other prohibitions, it is also permitted for chametz), and some are strict (since chametz is forbidden in any amount, even the minimal substance of aroma is forbidden). This dispute applies only where the concept of reicha is relevant (small closed oven, both items uncovered).
