Should the Asher Yatzar blessing include the phrase 'even for one moment' ('afilu sha'ah achat')?

Synopsis

The Rambam's and Mechaber's text includes 'even for one moment', but the Maharam of Rothenburg, Agudah, and Magen Avraham rule it should be omitted because one can close their mouth for many hours and survive. Ashkenazic practice follows the omission.
