Should Elokai Neshama be recited if one wakes, plans to sleep again, and has not yet reached the final waking?

Synopsis

Seder HaYom and Magen Avraham hold one should say Elokai Neshama without the concluding formula when planning to sleep again, then recite it with the full formula upon final waking. Pri Chadash (citing Rambam) holds one need not say it at the intermediate waking at all. Shaarei Teshuva limits Pri Chadash's ruling.
