Is it permissible for each congregant to recite the morning blessings individually after the shaliach tzibur has recited them and they answered Amen, in order to accumulate 100 Amens?

Synopsis

The Mechaber records the custom without objection, reasoning that the shaliach tzibur does not intend to fulfill others' obligation and they intend not to fulfill their obligation through his recitation. Levush limits this to a minyan of 10. Shaarei Teshuva and others question whether this constitutes a blessing in vain. Pri Megadim holds nowadays only the shaliach tzibur should recite aloud.
