May a basket containing fruit and a stone (muktze) be carried when the fruit would be ruined if shaken out?

ShabbatMuktze

Synopsis

When fruit and muktze share a basket, one should shake everything out and then re-load the fruit. However, if the fruit is soft (e.g., figs, grapes) and would be ruined by shaking, the whole basket may be carried as is.
