How far in advance of kneading must the wheat be ground, and may one knead matzah on the same day it is ground?
Synopsis
The Mechaber requires grinding a day or two before kneading. Some say if ground on Erev Pesach, it is forbidden to knead that day because the flour is still hot from grinding and will heat the water, causing faster leavening.
