If someone renounced their domain and then deliberately (b'meizid) carried from their house to the courtyard, do they restrict other residents?
Synopsis
The Mechaber rules that deliberate carrying after bitul reshut retracts the renunciation and restricts others. However, the Magen Avraham limits this to carrying out (not bringing in), while the Tosafot and Aruch HaShulchan hold bringing in also counts as retraction.
