May an animal go out with a fox tail, red string, sandals, or a cow with a muzzle on Shabbat?

Synopsis

A horse may not go out with a fox tail (against evil eye) or red string (decoration). Goats may not go out with a pouch on their udders (to prevent scratching). A cow may not go out with a muzzle. No animal may go out with sandals. However, an animal may go out with a bandage on a wound, splints on a fracture, or a partially-emerged placenta.
