Are tzitzit made (attached to the garment) by a non-Jew valid?
Synopsis
All major authorities agree that if a non-Jew actually attached (inserted and knotted) the tzitzit strings onto the garment, the tzitzit are invalid. The biblical phrase 'speak to the Children of Israel' is understood to exclude non-Jews from performing the act of attachment.
