Synopsis
If tzitzit are made on a three-cornered garment and then a fourth corner is added and tzitzit placed on it, all tzitzit are invalid due to the rule of 'ta'aseh v'lo min ha'asuy' (you shall make, not from that which is already made). All four must be undone and retied.
