PrayerSynagogue Conduct

Synopsis

The Rema prohibits kissing one's young children in synagogue, to instill that no love compares to the love of the Omnipresent. The Aruch HaShulchan codifies this ruling. The MB additionally cites the Shelah who criticizes bringing young children to synagogue who disturb and disrespect its sanctity.
