For a person who continually and involuntarily drips urine due to illness, may they pray?

Synopsis

The Rema (in responsa) rules that a person with a chronic involuntary urinary condition may fashion a garment around the affected organ so the outer garments remain clean, and may then pray. If dripping occurs mid-prayer, they pause and then continue.
