How does a drunk person determine whether he has sobered up enough to pray?
Synopsis
Seif 3 states that each person assesses for himself whether he has sobered up. The Aruch HaShulchan explains this refers specifically to prayer (not to neder annulment or Temple entry), and the Rema adds that in practice contemporary wines are weak enough that we do not worry about a shatul.
