What is the rule for a woman who gave birth on or shortly before Yom Kippur — does she fast?
Synopsis
Within 3 days of birth she does not fast at all even if she says she does not need to eat. From 3 to 7 days, she eats if she says she needs to. After 7 days, she fasts like anyone else.
