Should one wash hands (netilat yadayim) before Kiddush on Pesach night?

PesachSeder

Synopsis

The Rema rules one should not wash hands at all before Kiddush on Pesach night, even if one normally does so year-round, because the long Haggadah interruption causes loss of mindfulness. If hands are unclean, a brief rinse without a berakha is permitted.
