Must the millstone be picked clean before grinding Pesach flour, and what is done with the first flour ground?
Synopsis
The Mechaber records the custom to pick (clean out) the millstone because soaked grain may have been ground in it. The first flour ground after picking is kept until after the festival. The Rema adds that scrupulous people personally supervise the grinding.
