May one speak during the search itself (after having already begun searching)?

PesachBedikat Chametz

Synopsis

The Mechaber says it is good not to speak until the search is complete, but this is advisory rather than obligatory. A dispute exists between the Taz (who holds it is forbidden m'dina) and the Aruch HaShulchan and Mishnah Berurah (who hold there is no strict prohibition once the search has begun, but it is proper to refrain).
