Does a wedding on Rosh Chodesh or on other Shabbatot with designated haftarot override the standard haftarah?
Synopsis
A wedding does not override haftarot that are designated in the Talmud or Midrash. For standard Shabbatot with no special haftarah, the wedding haftarah ('Sos Asis') may be read, but not when the Rosh Chodesh or other special haftarot apply.
