When two people commission an agent to make eruv techumin for each of them — one eruv placed before Shabbat and one placed during bein hashmashot, with the first eruv eaten during bein hashmashot and the second eaten after nightfall — do both acquire a valid eruv?
Synopsis
The Mechaber rules both acquire a valid eruv. A minority position ('yesh cholkim') disputes this, holding that the one whose eruv was placed during bein hashmashot does not acquire a valid eruv.
