When both eruvim are at the full 2,000-cubit limit and the person cannot move beyond his place, does he retain the universal minimum of 4 amot?
Synopsis
The Aruch HaShulchan explicitly states that even when the eruvim cancel each other and the person is restricted to his place, he retains the 4-amot minimum available to every person on Shabbat. The Mishnah Berurah implies the same.
