When a resident died before Shabbat (while it was still day) and an outsider inherits — does the outsider restrict if he comes to live there on Shabbat?
Synopsis
Unlike death on Shabbat where 'huchra huchra' might apply, death before Shabbat means the eruv was invalidated at onset (the deceased's eruv becomes void at death). If an outsider inherits and comes on Shabbat, he restricts.
