When there is doubt whether fruit was picked for a Jew or whether it was picked on Shabbat, must one wait bichdei sheyaasu after Shabbat?
Synopsis
The Mechaber records two views: one requires bichdei sheyaasu even in cases of doubt, and one permits immediately after Shabbat. The Mishnah Berurah and Chayei Adam rule that one should not rely on the lenient view except in pressing circumstances or for a mitzvah.
