Does the principle 'ein tochan achar tochan' (no grinding after grinding) apply on Shabbat?

ShabbatGrinding and Cutting

Synopsis

The Rema establishes that items already ground (like bread) may be crumbled because ein tochan achar tochan (no grinding after grinding). This principle permits crumbling bread for chickens even for later. However, the Mishnah Berurah limits this to items crumbled with a knife, not in a mortar or designated utensil.
