How should the tefillin straps be wrapped when storing tefillin?
Synopsis
The straps should be wrapped on the titura (base edge) of the tefillin box, not on the box itself. Some have the custom of wrapping them to resemble wings (like a dove). One should hold the box and wrap the strap around it, not the reverse.
