How should the tefillin be arranged in the bag after removal?
Synopsis
Shel rosh is placed in the bag first, with shel yad on top (or beside it), so that when reaching into the bag next time one encounters shel yad first (to don it first). There is a dispute whether they should be stacked vertically or placed side by side.
