Does one begin Kiddush with 'Yom HaShishi' or with 'Vayechulu'?
Synopsis
The Rema's custom is to begin with 'Yom HaShishi Vayechulu HaShamayim' since the initial letters spell God's name. The Gra notes the Rambam does not include the three words 'ki hu yom' and considers them extraneous. The Magen Avraham holds one should not change any established custom.
