When partners stipulated at the outset, and at the time of distribution the non-Jew volunteers to split equally (rather than taking more for Shabbat profits) — is this permitted?

ShabbatBusiness With Non-Jews

Synopsis

After a valid stipulation, if the non-Jew voluntarily agrees at distribution time to divide equally (even though Shabbat profits may have been higher than one weekday's profits), this is permitted. This is treated as a gift from the non-Jew to the Jew, not as a retroactive Shabbat wage.
