Synopsis
When people fast only until midday and pray Mincha Gedola afterward, the authorities dispute whether 'Elokeinu' is recited. The Magen Avraham cites a stringent opinion (Mahri Vayil) that it is not said, but also cites the Rema's logic as suggesting it should be said. The Aruch HaShulchan and Mishnah Berurah rule it is not said.
