May one pray for a sick person in a language other than Hebrew when at the sick person's bedside versus when not present?

Synopsis

The Mishnah Berurah distinguishes: when not in the sick person's presence, the first opinion restricts individual prayer to Hebrew. But at the sick person's bedside, one may pray in any language because God's presence (Shekhinah) is there.
