If one forgets to light Chanukah candles at the proper time, when may lighting still occur?
Synopsis
If missed at sunset, one may light until people stop passing the marketplace (about half an hour). If that time passes, lighting continues through the entire night. If the entire night passes, there is no making up the mitzvah.
