Who is believed to testify that the Shabbos limit extends to a particular point?
Synopsis
Even a Canaanite slave or maidservant is believed when they say the techum extends to a particular point, because techum is rabbinic and the Sages were lenient with its testimonial requirements. A minor is not believed while still a minor, but an adult is believed to testify about what he saw as a child.
