If the same person placed the eruv during bein hashmashot AND it was consumed during bein hashmashot, does the eruv take effect?
Synopsis
If one person both placed the eruv and had it consumed — both events occurring during bein hashmashot — the eruv is invalid. We cannot apply bein hashmashot as both day and night for a single individual in the same transaction.
