May one knead roasted flour (kali) on Shabbat?
Synopsis
The Mechaber forbids kneading a large amount of roasted flour lest one come to knead unroasted flour. A small amount at a time is permitted. Shtitah (coarsely ground unripe roasted grain) may be mixed in large quantities if the result is loose, with a shinui in the order of combining.
