May one massage the anal opening with a plug (barza) on Shabbat, and may one go out into the public domain with a plug inserted?
Synopsis
A plug used at the anal opening has the same law as a pebble for massaging purposes — only two-finger grip is permitted. Additionally, it is forbidden to go out with a plug even if fully inserted inside the body, because it is routinely inserted and removed and is considered a carried object.
