Synopsis
The Mechaber permits youths who enjoy running and jumping to do so, and permits viewing anything that gives them pleasure. The Rema adds that walking/hiking for pleasure is permitted. The Magen Avraham distinguishes between exercise for pleasure (permitted) and exercise for health (forbidden).
