If there is already a lit candle in a Jew's house and a non-Jew lights an additional one, may the Jew benefit from the second candle?
Synopsis
If a candle already burns and a non-Jew adds a second one, the Jew may benefit while the original candle still burns (since no additional benefit comes from the forbidden act). Once the original goes out, the second candle's light is forbidden. Same rule applies to adding oil to a burning lamp.
