If the secondary food (tafel) is more beloved (chaviv) to the person than the primary food, does he bless on the tafel first?

BlessingsBefore-Blessing

Synopsis

The Rema cites a view (Agur in the name of Or Zarua) that if the tafel is beloved to the person, he blesses on the tafel first and then on the ikar. The Magen Avraham and others dispute this, ruling that the ikar is always blessed first regardless of which food is more beloved.
