Must one be careful not to wear a garment inside-out (with the inside facing outward), and what is the standard for a Torah scholar vs. a layperson?
Synopsis
Everyone should ideally dress with the garment right-side out. A Torah scholar must go so far as to remove and re-don a garment that was put on inside-out; for others this is not required after the fact, though it is required for prayer.
