Synopsis

If the assembled already responded without 'Eloheinu,' they cannot repeat the zimun with the Name since they have already fulfilled their zimun obligation b'dieved. If the assembled have not yet responded, the mezamen may and should repeat the zimun with 'Eloheinu.'
